Blue Borage is a small wildflower found mainly in the dry riverbeds of the South Island of New Zealand. The honey produced from these blue flowers is light in colour with a delicate, mildly herbal flavour. Biohoney Blue Borage honey is produced from Blue Borage flowers on the Molesworth station in the Kaikoura ranges of New Zealand’s South Island.
